$25,000 to destroy an ecosystem

BREAKING NEWS: Donald Trump just advanced a new plan to roll back oil well cleanup requirements and financial rules for oil and gas companies who want to drill on our public lands.

Here’s what this means: Trump is allowing these oil companies to destroy a local ecosystem for as little as $25,000, letting them walk away scot-free without doing the necessary cleanup to restore the habitats they damage.

This is just one of Trump’s many giveaways to his billionaire Big Oil buddies at the expense of our environment and public lands. We can’t let them get away with this. Our SEEC members are fighting back, but we need your help to take back the House.

Will you please send in a critical donation to help us elect more climate champions who will stand up to this corruption and protect America’s beautiful public lands?

Oil and gas companies used to need at least a $150,000 bond in order to receive a lease to drill on our public lands. Trump is slashing that requirement by 95%!

Even worse, he’s rolling back the oil cleanup regulations needed to conserve the environment from corporate industrialization. Trump is letting them come in, extract the profits, and leave our local communities and fragile ecosystems to deal with the wreckage.

We’re not going to let them get away with this, but we need your help to take back the House this year and elect more SEEC climate champions to stop them. Will you chip in $25 or more today to help us continue fighting to protect our public lands?
