Yep, you guessed it! Big oil and gas companies have contributed more than $6.4 million to Donald Trump’s joint fundraising committee in the first three months of the year. Their goal is to keep him out of jail so he can reverse dozens of environmental rules and policies and stop new ones from being enacted.
The Washington Post reported that in a closed-door meeting with Big Oil executives last month, Donald Trump suggested they should give him up to $1 billion – calling it a “deal” given how much they would avoid in taxes and climate regulations.
We can’t let Big Oil companies propel Donald Trump back into the White House so they can continue destroying our planet for generations. We have to fight back now!
