Donald Trump has just repealed the 2009 “endangerment finding” — the foundation of climate pollution protection in America. This scientific finding simply said that greenhouse gas pollution harms public health. Does anyone really think climate change is a good thing?

By overturning it, Trump is trying to enshrine fossil fuel propaganda in law. This decision attempts to say that EPA, both now and in the future, is legally prohibited from regulating greenhouse gases. This is utterly bogus, but if the Trump-stacked Supreme Court ultimately agrees with this, the only thing we can do to fight back is take back Congress.
